What happens when we listen inwardly, before trying to express?

Sound Temple is an invitation to explore the inner landscapes of sensation through sound, breath and voice.

We often experience the voice through words, yet before words are formed, there is already so much happening within us: sensation, emotion, vibration, impulse, movement.

Through inner listening, we create space to notice what is present and allow the voice to emerge from sensation, rather than from thought.

In this edition, we journey through the qualities of the four elements: Earth, Water, Fire and Air.

Awakening energy and expression through voice and mantra.

Opening into breath, spaciousness and subtle sound.

We move between listening and expression, stillness and movement, individual voice and collective sound. There is no particular sound to achieve. The invitation is to listen, feel, and let expression arise from what is actually there.

We close by lying down and receiving a sound journey with gong, bowls and voice, allowing the experience to settle into stillness.

No singing experience is needed. Only curiosity and a willingness to listen, explore, express and be.
