✨ We play magical music, you either lie on a yoga mat in the outer circle and are touched by bodyworkers – or you dance blindfolded in the inner circle and go on a journey together with other dancers. Celebrate yourself while being in a soft contact jam.
✨ Vera and Eleanor create a safe space in which you can fully surrender to the music. Eleanor will guide you with her meditative voice. At the end there will be a magical and nourishing sound bath from Vera.

A participant once said after an Inner & Outer Dance: "It was so sensually light with surprising encounters." A lot can happen.
You are in a mindfully held space and can simply observe what happens when you let yourself be inspired and carried by the music and your sense of sight takes a break.
You have a blindfold on in the inner and outer circles.
Two options await you:
Either you lie comfortably and listen to music. This takes you on an inner journey. Trained bodyworkers accompany you, touch you mindfully, give input for all your senses: with scent, sound and hands. You can simply relax and just be: less doing, more being.
Or you dance blindfolded in the inner circle with other people. You can switch from dancing to lying down at any time - or vice versa. It is an opportunity to get to know yourself better, to open up new spaces within yourself - or simply to take a break. Trust that magic can sometimes happen in the darkness.
Vera Domingos will accompany you with a magical and nourishing sound bath at the end.
Please come as fresh as possible and without perfume.

Eleanor Rutman has produced children's radio plays for Radio SRF and is a Yin Yoga teacher. Accompanying people with her voice is her thing. She is co-founder of Sensual Speed Dating, which has been taking place in Zurich for six years and now also in Bern and Thun. Many couples have already found each other at these events. Eleanor also works as a dating coach and leads the AmoRythmo dance events together with Remo Ronner. "I want to remind adults of playful experiences."
