Ecstatic Dance Workshop with Indrani & Zaira
Experience stillness. Allow movement. Feel your essence.
In this workshop, we explore the subtle interplay between stillness and movement.
Through mindful attention, we learn to sense the body’s gentle impulses, give them space, and open to new depth and presence.
What to expect:

• Conscious movements arising from within
• Sensing and freely expressing your body’s impulses
• Coming home to your own space and inner self
• Moments of presence, lightness, and clarity

• Arrival: 7:00 p.m.
• Workshop: 7:30 – 8:30 p.m.
• Ecstatic Dance Set: 8:30 – 9:30 p.m.

Bring along:Comfortable, light clothing for movement, water bottle, come as fresh and unscented as possible

Public transport: 5 minutes on foot from Altstetten station
Car: PP in the area, no own parking spaces
Tickets: 40.- There are Tickets available at the door. Cash or Twint
Important information: Be on time, we start sharp. If you arrive late and the entrance door is closed, there is a code box on the left, dial 8048 and press the bell, then the door will open.
