Ecstatic Dance is a dance meditation designed to help you connect with your body through guidance and input. A dance music journey from quiet to wild, playful, grounding, and/or gentle. Everyone is welcome, no prior experience is required. There is only this moment, and dance opens the space for it. Let the music and the people touch you in a mindful and authentic way.

Arrive 7 p.m., Ecstatic Dance 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. with an acoustic ending

What awaits you:
A gentle dance circle, with guidance and input to help you connect with your body, and a finale with acoustic, heartfelt music. A beautiful dance space with a wooden floor. Everyone is welcome; no prior experience is necessary.

Bring along:Comfortable, light clothing for movement, water bottle, come as fresh and unscented as possible

Public transport: 5 minutes on foot from Altstetten station
Car: PP in the area, no own parking spaces
Tickets: 30.- / 35.- / 40.- There are Tickets available at the door. Cash or Twint
Important information: If you arrive late and the entrance door is closed, there is a code box on the left, dial 8048 and press the bell, then the door will open.
