Ecstatic Dance is free dancing to get in touch with your body. A dance music journey from quiet to wild, playful, grounding and/or gentle. Everyone is welcome without prior knowledge. There is only this moment and dance opens the space for it. Let the music and the dancers touch you in a mindful and authentic way.

Let's come together, dance and touch our hearts. We open up a space in which you will feel comfortable and can express yourself through the movement without words about the dance. Dance has always been a form of relaxation that promotes joy and togetherness.
The acoustic music and singing together at the end connects us even more deeply to ourselves and others.
What awaits you:
A fine dance circle, arrival in the body, free dancing, ending with acoustic heart music. A beautiful dance room with wooden floors. Everyone is welcome, no prior knowledge is required.
