Umanaya creates organic Ecstatic Dance that invites you on a journey to connect with your inner self and with others. A ritual to release emotions, express feelings without words, and bring mind and body into harmony through the freedom of movement. Beginning with a grounding introduction and guided by the music, Umanaya offers a captivating fusion of live instruments that awaken the senses.

If you've attended an AmoRythmo before, you can arrive at 8:00 PM.

📍Where: flow60 in Zollikerberg, Trichtenhauserstrasse 57, 8125 Zollikerberg
🚄 Public transport: S18 from Stadelhofen to Spital Zollikerberg or Bus 31 to Kienastenwies then about 10 minutes walk to flow60
🚗 Car: Enough free parking spaces in front of the house. Form carpooling arrangements through Telegram Group

🎒 What to Bring:
Comfortable movement clothes
Water bottle
Come as fresh and unperfumed as possible
Wardrobes and showers available on-site
