My Space in Motion is an invitation to explore conscious dance – beyond right or wrong, beyond form. A space to discover yourself through movement or deepen your existing practice.
Through breathing and body awareness exercises we arrive in the present moment, listen to the subtle impulses of the body and allow movement to arise naturally. In the free dance we explore our personal space, our boundaries and the connection between the inner and the outer world.
What to expect

• intuitive dance to music
• moments of presence, lightness and inner clarity
What to bring
Comfortable clothes, water bottle – we dance barefoot.
